So whether or not you’re a fan of  Miami Hurricanes new head coach Al Golden, you gotta respect a man who knows what it’s like busting his tail in the weight room. Dan Patrick was talking to Golden about his work out days at Penn State. It’s a pretty good segment. Check it out here

If you’re Andrew Luck you gotta be feeling pretty good these days. Like Sam Bradford a year ago, Luck has the opportunity to get picked up by a good team with a bad record. The Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers are  a couple of teams that Luck could wind up on and perhaps flourish in. Arizona has Larry Fitzgerald and Bennie Wells, while San Francisco has Vernon Davis, Frank Gore and two promising O-lineman from last years draft. The only thing these two teams don’t have is a decent QB. Don’t be suprised if either Arizona or San Francisco give up the farm for Andrew Luck. He’s about as safe a pick as they come and the guys got wheels (watch him run down an Oregon Ducks defender in the video below).

There are two kinds of people who follow college football: those who love the Oregon Ducks new uniforms and those who hate them. I have to admit, I like them. I like them not only for the carbon fiber helmet and neon socks, but for the fact that Nike is brining swagger to a team that will need it against Auburn.
